Shipping Policy
Once we receive your order we will endeavor to ship it the same day, however if items are not in stock we will contact you straight away to keep you fully informed.
International Orders
International orders are welcome. Once we receive your order a quote of shipping cost will be emailed to you.
Payments Options
We accept all major credit cards through the secure Paypal system. We also accept all U.K cheques which take 10 days to clear.
Cancellation/Returns/Exchange
We want all our customers to be satisfed with our products, however if you are not 100% happy, please notifty us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Once your return is approved we are more than happy to refund your money or exchange your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Custom designed furnishing, bedding and accessories and other made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order cancellation must be received within 2 working days by email. you can email sales@mamaslittleangel.co.uk.
Gift Certificates
Mamas Little Angel Gift Certificates are available from £10.00. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificates may be redeemed at any time.

Billing
When you order products, we will ask you for your billing and shipping address. This information should be as accurate as possible because we check all orders very carefully and do not ship until payments are cleared and authorized. All orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card used unless you have stated on the order that it is a gift for a third party.
Shipping Methods
Smaller items we ship via royal special delivery which is guaranteed before 12:00 p.m. Please allow 24 hours for delivery and ensure that someone is at home to receive the package. For deliveries weighing over the normalm, we will use UPS, FEDEX or DHL. We will email you the cost of shipping before confirming your order.
